Lucy is literally amazing , she got on to the situation so quickly and was so patient in explaining everything , I was amazed with her accuracy on reading other people and situations and the fact that she caught up on something really specific that I do in work which could not have been picked up at all even if she knew what my career line was. I was truly amazed and she made it feel like a lovely friendly chat , she had good advice to give too to help with everything and I am really glad I spoke to her . Look forward to speaking to her more in the future.
