From the moment Lucy arrived I felt relaxed and comfortable in her presence. The messages she passed on were at times very much recognisable as things my loved ones would have said. Overwhelming at times with so much familiar recollection , but I loved the confirmation that my family no longer with us were close by and watching over. X
