You must be 18 years and over to book and receive a reading with Lucy Psychic Medium. By agreeing to the terms and conditions on this website when booking you are agreeing that you are 18 years and over.
Psychic Mediumship readings given by Lucy Psychic Medium are intended for use of entertainment purposes only and should never take the place of professional advice from a medical professional, psychologist or any other qualified professional.
Lucy Psychic Medium is not responsible for any actions taken or decisions made and their subsequent consequences that transpire as a direct or indirect result of any guidance or advice given during any Psychic Mediumship reading.
Lucy Psychic Medium makes no representations on warranties, express or implied, with respect to: the accuracy, relevancy, or quality of information.
Lucy does not assume and hereby disclaims any liability to any person or entity for any loss or damages (including, without limitation, personal items, physical, mental, special, indirect, accidental and incidental or consequential) in person or over the phone, caused in regard any information and or any suggestion(s) or advice provided to you through this service by Lucy Psychic Medium, regardless of whether resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.
Payment
Full payment must be made upon booking to secure your appointment. Where Lucy Psychic Medium will send bank details for you to make your transfer. Lucy Psychic Medium has the right to refuse a reading if payment has not been received.
Refunds will not be given for any customer on the grounds of being unsatisfied or unhappy with any guidance or information given during any Psychic Mediumship reading. Once a Psychic Mediumship reading has been completed, no refund will be given.
If you have paid for your reading but have not yet received it and you wish to cancel, cancellation must be within 48 hours of your appointment time and you must forward your request to Lucy Psychic Medium, in writing, for a full refund and cancellation.
If, for any reason, Lucy Psychic Medium is not able to provide you with a Psychic Mediumship reading that you have already paid for, she will provide you with a full refund.
All other unforeseen circumstances involving potential refunds are entirely between the customer in question and Lucy Psychic Medium where she will decide accordingly what course of action to take.
Lucy Psychic Medium reserves the right to terminate a Psychic Mediumship reading at any point if she feels unsafe, threatened or abused. Lucy Psychic Medium will always have someone that works alongside her when she attends her face-to-face readings for safety purposes.
Safety
Lucy Psychic Medium and her chaperone will not share your personal information or any information exchanged or given during your Psychic Mediumship readings with any other person or third party as they are strictly confidential. The only exception to this would be a requirement by law for Lucy Psychic Medium to provide such details if a client is in danger or at risk.
Any personal contact information given, is only used to communicate with you regarding Psychic Mediumship readings, to answer questions, confirm bookings or enquiries you may have.
When you are agreeing to Terms and Conditions by purchasing a reading on this website, in person or by phone with Lucy Psychic Medium you
are agreeing to everything that is stated on this document.
Lucy Psychic Medium is Fully Insured
