I first spoke with Lucy over the phone around 3months ago, never meeting her before in my life. Lucy was very to the point and stayed completely on track and consistent. I’ve waited till this evening to meet Lucy and I cannot express the warmth she brought to my heart! It’s always sad hearing from the loved ones who have passed but the messages received by so many this evening were so comforting to listen to. I would highly recommend Lucy and will be back in contact very soon. Thank you for making me feel close to my beautiful baby sister again and letting me no she is doing ok.  xxxx
